Role Description
This full-time Technical Pre Sales role is based on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position sits within the Commercial team and supports the sale and rental of LANG Middle East’s video technology solutions by turning client ideas into workable technical systems.
Day-to-day responsibilities include working with clients and the sales team to understand event requirements, designing system solutions across LED, projection, media servers, image processing and signal distribution, and preparing equipment lists, drawings and technical specifications for quotes. The role also involves running product demonstrations, answering technical questions during the sales process and making sure what’s sold can be delivered by the operations team.
Working closely with the regional & global team and our manufacturer partners, the Technical Pre Sales professional will help clients get the right kit for their event and build LANG Middle East’s reputation as a trusted technical partner across the Middle East market.
This role offers a clear development path towards Technical Manager as the team grows.

Qualifications
- Candidates should have solid hands-on knowledge of video equipment used in live events, such as LED walls, projectors, media servers, image processing and fibre or network based signal distribution.
- Candidates should be able to design systems and produce clear equipment lists, schematics or basic drawings (experience with tools like Vectorworks, AutoCAD or Visio is an advantage).
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to explain technical ideas simply to clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should be confident running product demos and supporting client meetings, site visits and trade shows as needed.
- Candidates should have proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and be comfortable learning new products and software quickly.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in Dubai and collaborating within a multicultural team; prior experience in AV rental, events or system integration is a strong advantage.
- Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Barco, Disguise, Pixelhue) are a plus.
