Role Description
This full-time Warehouse Technician role is based on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position involves preparing, checking and looking after LANG Middle East’s rental equipment as it goes out to and comes back from customers.
Day-to-day responsibilities include picking and packing kit for jobs, scanning equipment in and out using our ERP system, and carrying out basic tests to make sure everything works before it leaves. The role also involves checking returned kit for damage or missing items, cleaning and repacking equipment, keeping the warehouse tidy and organised, and helping with loading and unloading trucks.
Working closely with the operations and service teams, the Warehouse Technician will help make sure every job goes out complete, on time and ready to use.

Qualifications
- Candidates should have a basic understanding of AV equipment such as LED screens, projectors, cables and connectors, or a strong interest in learning.
- Candidates should be organised and careful, with good attention to detail when checking and counting kit.
- Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving heavy equipment safely.
- Candidates should be happy to work flexible hours when jobs need it, including early starts, late finishes and some weekends.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in Dubai and collaborating within a multicultural team; prior warehouse or AV rental experience is an advantage.
- A forklift license is advantageous but not essential
